How we handle your data
We take data protection very seriously. We host all our models on our own servers, so third parties never get your data. We do not send your data to any third parties like OpenAI or Google. By default, browser access to uploaded documents is automatically removed after 7 days unless longer editor retention is enabled, and you can remove access earlier from your dashboard. We never use your data for improving or training our product under any circumstances.
What we do
- Encrypt data in transit and at rest
- Process your documents only as needed to generate your indexes
- Automatically remove browser access to uploaded documents after 7 days by default
What we don't do
- Sell or share your data under any circumstances
- Send your data to third parties like OpenAI or Google
- Use your documents for model training or improvement
- Keep data longer than necessary
