About Us

IndexerLabs started with an academic book that needed multiple indexes on a short deadline. The indexing process made clear how difficult back-of-book indexing still is, and how few reliable automated solutions existed.

That experience led us to build IndexerLabs.

IndexerLabs helps authors and publishers create publication-ready indexes from full manuscripts. Our software reads the book, identifies important concepts and references, organizes entries and subentries, generates cross-references, and gives users an editor to review and refine the final index.
